After a week of for Spring Break, I am back to making my menu. With the great weather, we are pulling out some of our favorite warm weather menus.
SundayPasta and Marinara Sauce with Grilled Italian Sausage
Roasted Asparagus, Zucchini and Mushrooms
Shrimp and Grits
Avocado Ranch Dressing
Green Beans and Red Potatoes
ThusdayFrench Dip Sandwiches (Put one chuck roast in the crockpot with 1-2 t yellow mustard and 1/2 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Cook all day and serve on rolls or buns. YUM!)
Friends over for Drinks on the Back Porch after dinner
SaturdayMight eat out with the Lacrosse team after our games. If not, we will certainly grill something.
