Last week was a huge success from the menu planning perspective. The only change was to make homemade pizza on Friday night instead of roasted chicken at the kids' request. This week we are still focusing on eating from the pantry. All recipes below come from my pantry and freezer. I am also focusing on using leftovers more effectivly.

Tuesday - Teacher Appreciation Basketball Game - Boosters providing dinner
Wednesday - Baked Chicken, Seven Layered Salad with Avocado Ranch Dressing, Fruit
Thursday - Chicken Quesadillas with Avocado Ranch Dressing, Cilantro Lime Rice, Fruit
Friday - Bunco at my house - Chicken Salad Croissants, Vanilla Almond Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting
Saturday - Pesto Stromboli and Chocolate Chip Cookies
